Do The Japanese And Koreans Celebrate Chinese New Year?

I know that the Vietnamese celebrate Chinese New Year, pretty much the same way the Chinese do but I’m curious to see if the Japanese and Koreans do to. If they do, is it the same way the Chinese and Vietnamese celebrate it? Thanks to all who took the time to answer!
